Unique house of 93 m² in the centre of Maó, with views of the shore of the port and the steps of the old town. The house, which was once a cave, is spread over three floors. From the ground floor there is direct access to the living-dining room with special furniture made to measure on the wall. The house was renovated in 2006 and quality materials were used, such as teak wood for the windows and double-glazed windows, which allow in plenty of natural light, air conditioning and modern bathrooms.
