On the second floor is the second ensuite bedroom and access to the large terrace, where you can enjoy an aperitif or dinner with family and/or friends, while contemplating the beautiful views of the port, the sunset and the old town. The house is built on the cliff, next to the city centre with very particular details, as well as specially adapted and good quality furniture. The house was renovated in 2006 and quality materials were used, such as teak wood for the windows and double-glazed windows, which allow in plenty of natural light, air conditioning and modern bathrooms. Many walls have been decorated in a Venetian style, which gives the house a very pleasant appearance. A unique property to live all year or spend seasons with family and/or friends.
