The house is built on the cliff, next to the city centre with very particular details, as well as specially adapted and good quality furniture. The house was renovated in 2006 and quality materials were used, such as teak wood for the windows and double-glazed windows, which allow in plenty of natural light, air conditioning and modern bathrooms.
