Wildlife hunting reserve located in the Tuscan-Lazio Maremma, exactly on the border between Tuscany and Lazio, in a very private and quiet location. Set on 756 hectares of forest, Mediterranean scrub and meadows that descend from the top of the mountains on the border with southern Tuscany to the Fiora River. The 410 sq.m renovated farmhouse is distributed over two floors and is currently divided into six apartments with 9 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. The 5 apartments on the ground floor are intended for guests and the 6th apartment upstairs is inhabited by the owners. The farmhouse was originally used as a hunting lodge for big game drives in the surrounding mountains within the estate, converted in recent years into a hospitality business by the current owners.
