In the historic center of Oria, a few steps from the Basilica and the Swabian castle, an independent portion of an old palace developed on three different levels with a large garage and panoramic terraces. The access to the property happens through a fully independent staircase through which you get access to a mezzanine floor (located between the ground floor and the first) comprising two rooms with a large bathroom with a bathtub. Going up to the first floor the main unit comes with an entrance through which you enter a large living room (opening onto the internal courtyard), the study, the dining room.
