The 16th-century tower dominates the historic center of Cetona and provides a 360-degree view of the surrounding hills. On the lower floor, accessible by a short staircase, there is a beautiful hall with columns and brick vaulted ceilings where guests can be received, while on the upper floor there is another large hall with kitchen and bathroom, currently used as a relaxation area but also very suitable for dinners and business meetings. Completing the property is a characteristic private chapel (40 sqm - 430 sqft) dug into the rock along the driveway to the fortress and very suitable for ceremonies of an intimate nature, two cellars (40 sqm - 430 sqft) and a warehouse (30 sqm - 323 sqft) that are currently used as storages and shelters for tools. The fortress is located at the center of a park of about 10,164 sqm (2.5 ac), shaded by large plants and full of color thanks to many flowers and bushes. in the park, just below the fortress, is also a small Roman amphitheater, which is very well preserved and can be used for small private performances or as an event area.
