This country hotel is located not far from Florence, within walking distance from a town offering all the services, and features a total of 26 bedrooms and 31 bathrooms. The buildings (990 sqm) are in good structural shape but need a total renovation before being usable. From the property, one can also reach the art cities of Tuscany in less than two hours by car (Florence, Colle di Val d'Elsa, San Gimignano, Siena:). The country houses are surrounded by a 4,500-sqm garden decorated with secular trees and flowers. Two swimming pools (respectively 20 × 10 m and 6 × 6 m) are at guests' full disposal. All around, the property is completed by approximately 1.9 hectares of land including a convenient 2,500-sqm graveled parking lot located just beyond the road in front of the buildings.
