This two-hectare beach-front property has a three-story beach bungalow. Its terrain is roughly mountainous with 8,000 sqm flat. The property faces north, hence, has excellent view of the Mindoro Strait. It has a stunning 350-meter private beach (partly white sand but sometime gets yellowy or rocky depending on the season).
