This two-hectare beach-front property has a three-story beach bungalow. Its terrain is roughly mountainous with 8,000 sqm flat. The property faces north, hence, has excellent view of the Mindoro Strait. It has a stunning 350-meter private beach (partly white sand but sometime gets yellowy or rocky depending on the season). The beach bungalow is situated by a large rock formation so some local folks also call it the ?house by the rock?. It was built in 2001 but there have been many additions and ?remodels? since then. The lifestyle is simple bordering on ?camping.? The coral reefs were dynamite-fished in the 1990s and is in the process of growing back and now are protected. The property has a water source located on the mountain behind the property.
