This two-hectare beach-front property has a three-story beach bungalow. Its terrain is roughly mountainous with 8,000 sqm flat. The property faces north, hence, has excellent view of the Mindoro Strait. It has a stunning 350-meter private beach (partly white sand but sometime gets yellowy or rocky depending on the season). The beach bungalow is situated by a large rock formation so some local folks also call it the ?house by the rock?. It was built in 2001 but there have been many additions and ?remodels? since then.
