In the dining room, there is an entertainment centre, gaming area, open fireplace and multiple exits to the porch and summer kitchen with an open fireplace and cooking facilities and seating for 8 people. From the main entrance is a staircase that leads you to the first floor, to the master bedroom and VIP bedroom. Master bedroom is equipped with bath and walk-in shower, and the VIP room has comfortable walk in shower. Both rooms have balconies, Master overlooking the Mirna valley and both with a view of Motovun. The Villa is surrounded with a lawn with olive trees, swimming pool area including 50 meter squared of sun deck area and 65-70 meter squared pool. The lower terrace area consists of additional decking and entrance to the sauna and steam room facilities.
