From the main entrance is a staircase that leads you to the first floor, to the master bedroom and VIP bedroom. Master bedroom is equipped with bath and walk-in shower, and the VIP room has comfortable walk in shower. Both rooms have balconies, Master overlooking the Mirna valley and both with a view of Motovun. The Villa is surrounded with a lawn with olive trees, swimming pool area including 50 meter squared of sun deck area and 65-70 meter squared pool. The lower terrace area consists of additional decking and entrance to the sauna and steam room facilities.
