Vineyard property located in the heart of Chianti Classico, not far from Castellina in Chianti. The 80 hectare estate includes a manorial villa and Agriturismo. The buildings currently offers a total of 18 bedrooms and future restorations of the few outbuildings could increase this number of bedrooms. The main house is the manorial villa which is a prestigious historic building, enlarged and embellished in the late 19th century, that was originally the heart of the farm. It comprises 5 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms. Right in front of the villa is the old orangery, rectangular in shape, whose roof houses a spacious terrace. A short distance from the villa is the beautiful infinity swimming pool with a paved sunbathing area offering a unique view over the Chianti hills.
