Built in 1892 (we know as the stone on the front facade has it engraved on it) this charming Maison de Maitre sits in the heart of a village with amenities a short distance from Fontevraud-l'Abbaye, Loudun, Chinon and Saumur, an ideal permanent or holiday home in this popular area.
