Country house with wellness centre and restaurant located on the hills of Maremma, at the borders with Val d'Orcia. The 472 sq.m country house is distributed over 2 floors and is the heart of the accommodation business. Outside is the 5000 sq.m garden with plants and bushes typical of the area, a swimming pool and a beautiful relax corner, set within the 24 hectare plot. Other features include solar panels, 2 parking lots and a charging station for electric vehicles.
