Bathroom : a large shower, a modern sink. Laundry room : cupboards, washing machine and dryer. CH2 : independent on the garden level (accessible from the outside, and no connection from the inside of the house) : a bed in 160X200 and private shower room with Italian shower, a basin. Shelves and storage space. Independent WC Outside : Land: 10 000 m² not closed, in restanques with olive trees, mediterranean plants.
