It includes a fridge and freezer, an oven, a dishwasher, a nespresso coffee machine, and all the necessary modern equipment. CH1 : a 180X200 bed, its large window is on the north side. Bathroom : a large shower, a modern sink. Laundry room : cupboards, washing machine and dryer. CH2 : independent on the garden level (accessible from the outside, and no connection from the inside of the house) : a bed in 160X200 and private shower room with Italian shower, a basin. Shelves and storage space. Independent WC Outside : Land: 10 000 m² not closed, in restanques with olive trees, mediterranean plants.
