Huelgoat is a very picturesque small town in central Brittany. It sits on the shore of a man-made lake (which appears natural) and on the edge of a magically enchanted forest. It is a popular spot for tourists who take the paths and trails to enjoy the amazing rock formations and sparkling pools. Every year tourists come to Huelgoat to enjoy the calm and pleasure of the walks in this part of Finistere. Whilst this property could be used as a large family home, it clearly has business potential. Structurally it appears very sound and with its position overlooking the lake it takes a lot of beating. Entrance to the house is through a large hallway. On one side is the sitting/dining room and on the other the kitchen. The original staircase leads to the upper floors.
