We have known this little house for many years and have seen the love and attention it has received from the current owners , who now reluctantly have to sell it on to the next custodians.

On entering you have a cozy lounge room , with double doors leading into a ground floor bedroom which is currently set up as an extra lounge ,with option to use as a guest bedroom. This a great space and perfect for use as either in the summer months as its always cooler .

The terrace is the crowning glory of this cute home , with extensive views out over the roof tops to the beautiful countryside beyond , there's enough room up here for alfresco dining and soaking up the sun , the orientation is perfect with hours of sunshine even in winter months. There does exists the chance of converting the flat roof of the top floor to another level of terracing which would give you even more views up to the castle and church.

In short this home is perfectly habitable as is but does offer scope to add your own improvements and touches. The location is great too close enough to all the amenities' yet very tranquil.
