We have known this little house for many years and have seen the love and attention it has received from the current owners , who now reluctantly have to sell it on to the next custodians.

On entering you have a cozy lounge room , with double doors leading into a ground floor bedroom which is currently set up as an extra lounge ,with option to use as a guest bedroom. This a great space and perfect for use as either in the summer months as its always cooler .

Up a short flight of stairs on to the first floor and you have a perfectly hand built kitchen in the traditional style , with bespoke cupboard doors made by a local carpenter , cream mottled stone worktop ,a tiled splash back. With under counter fridge and a large gas stove which sits perfectly under the original campana de cocina, the floors were also retiled and extra electric sockets added during the careful renovation of the kitchen ,overall the kitchen is a well thought out rustic delight .

Off the kitchen is the main bedroom with a Juliet balcony over looking the street .

The next flight of stairs takes you up to a a short hallway off which is the bathroom with bath , sink bidet and loo .

Along the hallway is a laundry area , then we have the door out onto the terrace. The terrace is the crowning glory of this cute home , with extensive views out over the roof tops to the beautiful countryside beyond , there's enough room up here for alfresco dining and soaking up the sun , the orientation is perfect with hours of sunshine even in winter months. There does exists the chance of converting the flat roof of the top floor to another level of terracing which would give you even more views up to the castle and church.

In short this home is perfectly habitable as is but does offer scope to add your own improvements and touches. The location is great too close enough to all the amenities' yet very tranquil.
