On the hills above the splendid area just outside Maiori, overlooking the sea and with a splendid view, organic winery with 6 hectares ofvineyards, 2 hectares ofolive grovesand 2 hectares of lemon groves. It is spread over various levels with the typical terraces characterizing the Amalfi Coast, well connected to each other and cultivated on all surfaces, making the most of the potential of the land. Scattered throughout the property are various stone and masonry buildings (464 m2), mainly to be recovered and restructured, which could serve as a starting point for the creation of an accommodation business on the property (agritourism or rural tourism). Thecellar(150 m2) is located in the upper part of the company and houses the various rooms for processing and transforming the company grapes. – Thebuilding N°1(61 m2) is a two-story building to be restored. On the ground floor (29 m2) it is possible to obtain a small apartment with a garden (15 m2). The attic is not practicable but could be used as a warehouse/deposit. – Thebuilding N°2(35 sq m) is a two-story building in which a small apartment on the first floor (18 sq m) with cellar (17 sq m) could be obtained. The attic is not practicable but could be used as a warehouse/storage/attic. Outside, the building has a tank that could be converted into a swimming pool. – Thebuilding N°3(62 m2) is a two-story building. On the lower floor (13m2) there is a cellar while an apartment (49m2) could be built on the upper floor. The attic and mezzanine of the building are not practicable but could be used as storage. Outside we find a canopy (about 35 m2) and a cistern (the possibility of converting it into a swimming pool is not guaranteed). – ThebuildingN°4(116 m2) is a large two-story building. On the lower floor there is a cellar (53 sq m) while on the upper floor an apartment (63 sq m) could be obtained with a mezzanine and attic that are not practicable. The upper floor grants access to the covered balcony (18 m2) while outside there is a wood-burning oven and a cistern (the possibility of converting it into a swimming pool is not guaranteed). – Thebuilding N°5(44 m2) is a cellar with an external cistern and a masonry basin for pressing the grapes. –Building N°6(22 m2) is currently used as a shelter for animals, but could potentially be converted into a residential unit. –Building N°7(23 m2) could be renovated and used as a residential unit. Of the two cisterns pertaining to the building, the smaller one upstream can be converted into a swimming pool for use by the house. –Building N°8(21 sq m) is currently used as a tool shed (14 sq m) and animal shelter. The warehouse could be converted into a small housing unit. – ThebuildingN°9(30 sq m) is structured on two floors and consists of a residential portion on two floors (27 sq m) and a stable for animals (3 sq m). Outside, the building has a small courtyard (27 m2). – Thebuilding N°10(50 sq m) is a large two-story building which includes a cellar on the lower floor (14 sq m) and a residential unit on the upper floor (36 sq m). The attic and mezzanine are not habitable but could be used as storage/warehouse. Outside there is a pergola (30 m2). The property is currently operating as a farm with the production of wine, oil, jams, lemons and liqueurs. The renovation of the various buildings along the slope would allow their conversion into small housing units that could be rented to the many tourists and vacationers who crowd the Amalfi Coast every year, guaranteeing an increase in revenue for the company. Agricultural activities could also serve as an educational itinerary for visitors, a way to introduce the very particular cultivation system necessary in this area and the production processes involving wine, oil, jams and liqueurs.
