Salir is part of the municipality of Loule, one of the largest and wealthiest councils of the Algarve as it includes the prestigious resorts of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo. Salir is about a 10 minute drive from the historic castle town of Loule down breathtaking country lanes with mountain views. The cottage is accessed via a wooden gate into a small courtyard style terrace with spectacular mountain views and an amazing area for sun bathing. The property is a white washed single storey cottage, semi detached with steps to the front porch and split level inside. Up a few steps the cottage has an open terrace which makes an outdoor shaded extension to the property, perfect to enjoy alfresco dining or reading in the shade. Inside the property through the glass front door, it opens to a small kitchen with fitted cupboards on two walls with an oven, fridge freezer and a good size hot water boiler. To the right is a shower room with WC and a small window to the front terrace.
