This third project in Real de La Quinta enjoys an enviable position in the southernmost area of land. The Resort’s southern access is close by giving this project easy access to the coast and road connections whilst still enjoying a level of exclusivity rarely to be found. This project consists of 2 phases with 40 flats of 2,3, and 4 bedrooms with parking and storage rooms included. From their prime, elevated position at the southern part of the Resort, these apartments enjoy exquisite views across the golf to the lake and Lake Club, La Concha mountain and the Marbella coastline. There is a high commitment to the most advanced design concepts coupled with environmental integration. The internationally renowned architect, Rafael de La-Hoz Castanys, winner of an American Architectue Award for his work on the Endesa Building in Madrid, is the creator of the concept of this project. This project has been designed to blend state of the art construction techniques with a total respect for the natural environment in which is resides. The design follows the contours of the land and maximises the views from this wonderful, elevated plot. Careful material selection also means that whilst the apartments are a new addition, they feel as if they truly form part of the landscape. This integration with nature is central to the design philosophy.
