This third project in Real de La Quinta enjoys an enviable position in the southernmost area of land. The internationally renowned architect, Rafael de La-Hoz Castanys, winner of an American Architectue Award for his work on the Endesa Building in Madrid, is the creator of the concept of this project. This project has been designed to blend state of the art construction techniques with a total respect for the natural environment in which is resides. The design follows the contours of the land and maximises the views from this wonderful, elevated plot. Careful material selection also means that whilst the apartments are a new addition, they feel as if they truly form part of the landscape. This integration with nature is central to the design philosophy.
