The house was renovated in 2020, it has lots of natural light and its style is rustic/ethnic. The main entrance gives us access to a kitchen open to the spacious living / dining room, equipped with a pellet stove and an office area, three bedrooms, one with built-in wardrobe and a complete bathroom. All windows are white aluminum with double climalit glass and the property has Wi-Fi. The south-west facing terrace allows us to enjoy the many sunny days of the island, overlooking a generous garden that runs around the house, offering several shaded areas with ornamental plants and automatic watering for the lawn. There is also a separate cultivation area and a typical Menorcan safreig of 30m2. Three annexes of approximately 40 m2 in total complete this property: a bicycle/storage shelter, a laundry/storage room and a technical room housing all the energy equipment (12 accumulators from 202 and the soundproof generator) for the 8 solar panels. The whole installation has always been very careful, carrying out the appropriate revisions and maintenance.
