Located in beautiful countryside, south of the old capital of the island, is this exceptional farm with superb fertile land. Just a short distance from the virgin beaches with turquoise waters. The house has rich history, the oldest part of the estate dates back to the end of XVIII, and in 1837 Queen Elizabeth II of Spain signed a document charting the farm was the greatest grain producer on the island. The main building has some 430m2, in addition to 1,100m2 of agricultural buildings. Own electricity and water supply is more than enough to meet the needs of 120 hectares of land, currently a cattle farm with a heard of two hundred. It is no coincidence that the first people to occupy Menorca built one of the largest and most spectacular megalithic settlements known on these lands.
