I am looking for a tenant to take over my flat, ideally located in the new Quartier de l'Etang. 4.5-room flat: 2 bedrooms, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom, 1 living room, 1 kitchen equipped with oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer. A spacious central island can be used as an office. A washing machine can be installed. The flat has two balconies. This new flat (built in 2022) is ideally located 10 minutes from the airport, Cornavin station and Cern. The motorway entrance to France is less than 5 minutes away. One tram stop and you're in Balexert or Blandonnet. The proximity of trams 14 and 18 means that you can get easily to anywhere in Geneva. The district has its own shops, fitness centre, restaurants and school. There are plenty of playgrounds for families, and two parks for dog owners. The neighbourhood committee offers a wide range of activities.
