The studio also has a small terrace. There is a private parking lot in front of the building, where the tenant has his own parking space. Monthly costs are fixed at 175 euros/month and include everything, including TV, internet, electricity, cooling, ... A janitor is also present in the facility every day. All infrastructure is in the immediate vicinity, including shops, post office, bank, city passenger transport, Tivoli Park, Rožnik and PST. When renting, it is necessary to deposit a security deposit in the amount of 1,300 euros and pay the cost of the contract and coordination of the rental process in the amount of 600 euros.
