The 16th-century tower dominates the historic center of Cetona and provides a 360-degree view of the surrounding hills. Originally dating back to the 10th century, the building has been extended over time and is now a beautiful manorial villa (510 sqm, 7 bedrooms) completed by a guesthouse with six flats (410 sqm, 7 bedrooms), the former armory (225 sqm) ideal for events and a beautiful private chapel (40 sqm). The 10,164-sqm park stretches out on the rocky spur above Cetona and is home to a 10 × 4 m swimming pool, a Roman amphitheater and even a private helipad. Leaving the property you find yourself right in the historic center of Cetona, where all services are available and many restaurants offer traditional Tuscan dishes. Completing the property is a characteristic private chapel (40 sqm - 430 sqft) dug into the rock along the driveway to the fortress and very suitable for ceremonies of an intimate nature, two cellars (40 sqm - 430 sqft) and a warehouse (30 sqm - 323 sqft) that are currently used as storages and shelters for tools.
