Casita Molina is in the very heart of the charming village of Alcaucin. Close to the national park with stunning mountain views all around and only 30 minutes from the coastal resort and Spanish town of Torre del Mar and 50 minutes from Malaga airport. There are plenty of bars, shops and even a public pool open during high season. There is a nice size tiled and gated terrace, perfect for outdoor dining. You then walk in to a typically Spanish living/lounge area that has nice thick walls to keep it cool in the summer. The kitchen is is very quaint and fully tiled, with the original old chimney and washing sink. The bathroom is just off the kitchen and has a half bath with sink and toilet. Downstairs is a double size bedroom and upstairs there are a further two with high beamed ceilings. There is also a very useful store room. The property is in need of a little modernisation, which has been reflected in the price.
