Direct harbour, sea and pool views make this fantastic 1 bedroom penthouse a great option for a holiday home, especially as the complex of Los Angeles is situated on the seafront in Los Cristianos and has very easy access to the beaches and the town itself. Inside The apartment has a large double bedroom, a fully fitted bathroom, an American style, open-concept kitchen and a large bright lounge which has access through sliding doors to a large sunny terrace. If I'm honest, the apartment could do with some renovation to bring it up to today's expected standards but that negative is far outweighed by the apartment being situated on the top floor. Outside The penthouse has a good sized balcony, is large enough for a table and 4 chairs and is fitted with sun blinds. The balcony has views over the pool and out to sea towards the harbour and although I haven't seen the apartment personally yet, I imagine, with the balcony facing that way it'll get great sunset views too. Los Angeles - The complex The Los Angeles complex is just across the road from the seafront and the long winding promenade that will lead you, eventually to La Caleta and further. The town of Los Cristianos is within easy, flat, walking distance as well as Las Vistas and Los Cristianos beaches. The complex itself has ramps and lifts throughout, enabling easy use for less able people and as well as a large pool, there's also a pool bar on site too. A couple of supermarkets, bars and seafront restaurants are also within easy walking distance too. Los Cristianos - The Town Los Cristianos is a bustling town in the south of Tenerife. Once a fishing village, it still retains much of its original charm and village feel in some parts, but offers the tourist and resident alike all of the required facilities of a modern town with banks, supermarkets, bars, shops and restaurants. The port and church square are the main focal points of the town where during the evening you will find many of the locals meeting for a chat and a coffee or maybe something stronger.
