This is a complex that's central but very rarely do we find properties for sale here. The complex is called Cerromar and is just 5 minutes walk into town and then another couple more to the popular beaches of Los Cristianos and Las Vistas beach. Inside The apartment measures 62m2 inside, so plenty of space as a full 2 bedroom property. In fairness, the property could do with an update but you can easily move in and do that as and when finances allow:.it's perfectly habitable as it is. As mentioned earlier, it's literally 5 minutes into town where you'll find bars, cafes, shops and banks and a bit further on, you'll be at the town's beaches. The complex has a community swimming pool which is currently having some maintenance and upgrades and there are bars and cafes just outside the building itself. Los Cristianos - The Town Los Cristianos is a bustling town in the south of Tenerife. Once a fishing village, it still retains much of its original charm and village feel in some parts, but offers the tourist and resident alike all of the required facilities of a modern town with banks, supermarkets, bars, shops and restaurants. The port and church square are the main focal points of the town where during the evening you will find many of the locals meeting for a chat and a coffee or maybe something stronger.
