Cheri Long has over 29 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate. Cheri started her career by marketing and selling CP Rail lands throughout Alberta.  
 
Cheri is only one of +/-250 commercial brokers worldwide with a CIPS (Certified International Property Specialist) designation conferred by NAR; She works a great deal with overseas buyers whether from Asia, India and Europe. 
Background and Experience: 
Cheri has worked in many areas of Commercial Real Estate which includes but is not limited to Investment throughout Alberta, Victoria and Okanagan area; Rural Land throughout Alberta and British Columbia, Industrial and Retail Sales & Leasing along with Retail sales.
She has been a member of the Hong Kong Business Association since 1994 and was a past director between 2006 and 2009 (http://calgary.hkcba.com/cpages/home). She is also a member of Asian Real Estate Association Vancouver Chapter (http://www.areaa.org/). Even with Cheri's busy schedule she still finds time to volunteer at the Children’s Hospital. 
While developing her skills, Cheri has involved herself for 12 years throughout her with many charitable foundations and committees. She served on the TWH Saunders Committee for four years along with the Awards Committee for an additional four years and the Commercial Committee for one year (all part of the Calgary Real Estate Board). Currently an industry member on the Commercial Industry Council of RECA(Real Estate Council of Alberta).
