With more than two decades of experience in the real estate industry, I’m excited to be working directly with buyers and sellers and leading the awesome Harcourts Lincoln team.

Real estate has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. With several close family members working in various areas of real estate from sales, marketing, technology, and management.

For 20 years I worked with Harcourts International as the Head of Technology building and overseeing all the leading-edge technology products including harcourts.co.nz and many other bespoke systems to better serve our clients. I am a huge advocate of using the best systems and digital marketing to reach the ideal buyer for your home or property.

My background in creating online systems coupled with my social media marketing and senior management experience, affords me the unique opportunity to offer a real estate experience that utilises the best possible marketing tools available.

Personally, I have bought and sold a number of houses over the years throughout Christchurch in very different market conditions. Real estate and property investment have always been a passion of mine. I have had experience with new builds, fixer uppers and first-hand experience with EQC claims. I have been a tenant, a homeowner and a landlord.

We all know the salesman stigmas, pushy, fluffy jargon and greasy. You never quite know who's side they are on. Well Jason is NOT your typical salesman.
