Where is this house located? This pretty, modern, house is situated in the countryside, within easy driving distance of the charming town of Lectoure. The property sits in its own plot, at the entrance to a hamlet, with panoramic views of the surrounding valleys and across to Lectoure. Beside this is a pantry area, storing plenty of jars of jam made by Madame using the fruits of her garden, and we mustn't forget the essential cave, wine storage. The Garage A simple garage for one vehicle with more storage available above. The Veranda This conservatory was built in order to house a jacuzzi. The three sides of windows allow us to once again enjoy the beautiful light of Gascony which spreads across the surrounding countryside. The Mill The charming, round, stone mill has been renovated to create a characterful guest-house or gite. Despite the curved walls, there is a cute little fitted kitchen on the ground floor, a TV area and shower room on the first floor and an adorable bedroom on the second floor. The amazing roof beams have been left on show, allowing us to admire the skill used to create these buildings. The Garden The house sits in the middle of the garden which contains several fruit trees and four good-sized raised vegetable beds.
