The land is flat and would be ideal for horses. Lovingly restored to retain all the character of the big old mill house, the accommodation is arranged into two wings around a central courtyard. The eastern wing of the house is renovated from the old mill, retaining its original features, with the main kitchen, living and dining rooms together with 5/6 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. The other wing was formerly the house of the master baker and has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a second kitchen. This stunning property offers the option of having breakfast on the kitchen terrace (watching the antics of the ducks and listening to the hens laying your morning eggs), lunch in the vine-shaded courtyard, or ramble down to the stream with the children for a picnic tea and enjoy dinner by the pool in the evening. If you prefer to entertain guests indoors the dining room can seat up to 18 people and you can easily spread out into the adjacent Old Bakery kitchen which seats a further 10 guests.
