Fantastic penthouse with magnificent views in a building of "cultural interest" (Ref. 112-2). Because of its architectural value and because it is part of the island's history, this building has also been recognized as a site of cultural interest by the Heritage Commission. Its architecture is faithful to its integration with the natural surroundings, the use of white and its cubic forms and distribution of the interior spaces. The current owners have wanted to keep the distribution of the building as it was when it was built for its architectural value.
