I have been managing family owned properties since the age of 16 in both the USA and in Cyprus. I began officially working in the real estate industry in Cyprus in 2005. I was responsible for the initial setting up of the office and since then all aspects involved in the smooth running of a real estate agency. After realizing my passion for the real estate industry, I decided I wanted to become a Chartered Surveyor/Property Valuer. In order to do this, I decided to further my education and knowledge by obtaining my master’s degree and do my training for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in the field of Property Valuations. My training for the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors was done at a well-respected firm in Nicosia. To legally sign valuations on my own in Cyprus I was required to become a member of ETEK (Cyprus Technical Chamber). This meant I had to take additional courses at Neapolis University in Paphos. After successfully completing the required courses I was approved for membership.

The project comprises a mix-use development consisting of shops, restaurants, cafes, and apartments.
