The hotel is built in an area of 19215 sq.m. The format of the hotel is small ground floor and upper floor bungalows, which surround the pool area and the hotel restaurant. All the government license is up to date, for the building and also for the hotel approval of working (fire department, hygiene services, food and catering license, construction and land registry license can be submitted upon request). The hotel runs during the period of April to November each year. The hotel has 71 rooms, Studios, one bedroom(one floor and split level floor) and suites.
