Lovely new - never lived in first floor 1 bed apartment with a balcony. As the photos are off the show apartment, they might be the other way around and there could be minor differences. It has a really nice size lounge with plenty of room for a dining and sofa area. The kitchen is kind of open, 2 big sliding glass doors - so can be closed if you wish. The kitchen is done to a very high standard with silestone worktop and all well branded white goods. Oven, ceramic hob, dishwasher, extractor, fridge/freezer and washing machine. From the lounge you have access to the balcony. Also access to small hallway with doors to the bathroom which have a nice bath, toilet and sink (with cupboard). The good size bedroom (11,7 m2) has build in wardrobes and plenty of space for a double bed. The flat has ducted A/C (can also heat), prepared for alarm, connection for TV and Sat TV in lounge and bedroom. All floors are of good quality marble. Included is also a private parking space and storage room in the under-built. Monthly community fee Euro 90,00 which includes 24/7 gated security. And a little bit about the area: This fantastic place in only 100 m from the beaches – surfer paradise, 7 km of beach – lovely promenade. You can walk from the resort a long the coast to Los Alcazares – approx. 15 min – old town another 5-10 min. Lovely walk with the view over Mar Menor to the La Manga strip. The resort is in the part of Los Alcazares called Los Narejos – fantastic place, a lot of local facilities, supermarket and restaurants all in walking distance Mar Menor is Europe’s largest salt water lagoon, warm water, more salty (they are producing salt in the north end of Mar Menor) – the air consist of more iod – this actually makes it one of the healthiest place to live in the whole world. Mar Menor is brilliant place for all kind of water sports – there is a surfing school and rental place just outside the resort (100m). Murcia has a way good network of roads and motorways, so even long distances doesn't take long to drive. Towns/cities: Los Alcazares, San Javier, Santiago de la Ribera all 5 min., Murcia and Cartagena 30 min. Airports: Murcia International 25 min and Alicante 50 min. Beaches: Walking distance
