Entering from the street you have a good sized lounge room with original wooden beamed ceiling ,two doors lead off this room , one into a very neat fitted kitchen with all the necessary appliances to cook up a storm , the other door leads out a covered area which houses the laundry area and water heater .

On from this area you face the impressive natural rock feature of the Penon de Socorro one of the rock outcrops Olvera is famous for , here it forms a rock garden , steps wind upwards through the rock to two terraced areas , the upper level giving fantastic views out over the countryside, the perfect spot to enjoy aflresco dining while watching the effects of the setting sun over the spectacular landscape of olive groves and distant rugged mountains .

Back inside the house and on to the first floor , we have a generous double bedroom , with high wood beamed ceilings and 2 windows over looking the pretty street and views beyond they also make this room light and bright.
