Next to the game room is a studio with a bedroom and bathroom. In addition, there is a large storage room. Both the game room and storage space could possibly be converted into a house/studio. If you take the stairs down next to the pool, you will reach the rest of the garden. This offers additional possibilities, such as placing tents for rental and installing an automatic irrigation system with the current cistern. THE ANNEXES: Annex 1: Is attached to the front of the main house. The annex consists of a small living area with a loft above which is used as a bedroom, another additional bedroom with a loft which is used as an office space, kitchenette and bathroom. Annex 2: Attached to the back of the main house and consists of a living room, kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom and a spacious terrace with an amazing view of the landscape and the sea.
