Also on this level is access to a private terrace through oversized double patio doors to a terrace for alfresco dining and seating for 4 with a BBQ and steps down to another private garden and good access to the pool area. On the first floor accessed via Portuguese limestone stairs are two double bedrooms each with a private ensuite, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and private balcony accessed via large double patio doors. In the basement you will find a large family room with a double bed and single bed, 2 bedrooms, and large double patio doors to a shaded terrace and a suntrap terrace for catching some rays or perfect space to dry your washing. The rental price includes: 3 double beds and 1 single bed to sleep up to 7 guests, access to a bilingual Villa Manager, personal meet and greet and exit, water, electricity, bath towels, bed linen, toilet paper, soap, use of a dishwasher and washing machine, basic wifi, air conditioning (reasonable useage), cleaning on entry and upon departure. All you will need to purchase is your food and drink, hygiene and cleaning products, beach towels and pool inflatables. This is a perfectly centrally located property to venture to walk to cafes, restaurants and supermarkets, or wander up to the village where you\'ll discover a charming Church Square surrounded by cobble stone narrow streets, and a 17th Century Church as the centre piece. Or you can venture further afield to the beautiful sandy beaches, pop out to the Loule market and indoor shopping centre with restaurants and cinema and designer outlet or enjoy boat trips, the Championship Golf Courses and the Spas at the 5 Star Hotels! Faro International Airport is just a short 25 minute drive and you have great access to the whole of the Algarve with two road networks nearby.
