Event Delivery Coordinator (Entry Level) £22,000-£23,000 Department - Membership Directorate An excellent opportunity for a bright, switched-on individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion or working in Events, you will work in a dynamic, fast-moving team, reporting directly to the Head events you will become involved in all aspects of Events Coordination Job Purpose & Key responsibilities: To support the Head of Events, Networks and Regional Operations and Event Delivery Manager to proactively develop events plans aimed at increasing member engagement and growing the wider CMI community. Administration, production and delivery of day-to-day virtual events and webinars as well as the support in the delivery of hybrid flagship events within the event portfolio. Support the development of our virtual and hybrid events portfolio To ensure all event administration (online and on site) and follow up processes are developed and deployed to the highest standards ensuring our events are delivered on brand and achieve departmental KPI's To be the point of contact in relation to the running of the Kingsway (London) office, with regards to administration, access & reception duties. To ensure optimum use of event booking administration and systems Ongoing evaluation of processes, suggesting evidence-based improvements (including from stakeholder feedback) testing and reviewing alternatives To liaise with marketing to ensure timely production of events assets and online digital assets and events promotion To be a credible ambassador for CMI, role modelling CMI values and its professional code of conduct. To fulfil the key responsibilities of the job role in a professional manner adapting to changing circumstances and re-prioritising accordingly. Key Functions: Increasing Member engagement. Increasing Membership retention. Delivering administrative and events services. Effective communication and coordination with networks, committees, and senior leaders in relation to events and Companions/CMI Women/CMI Race activities.
