On the hills of Montalcino, in the heart of Tuscany, this wine estate offers a total of 11.2 hectares of vineyards (7.0 ha Brunello di Montalcino + 0.9 ha Rosso di Montalcino + 3.3 ha iGT Toscana) and a newly-built wine cellar which, at full regime, would allow producing up to 560 hl of wine (equaling 75,000 bottles per year). The estate is not far from a small town with services (3km; 10') and from Montalcino (12km; 20'). Other historic cities of Tuscany (Pienza, Montepulciano, Siena, Grosseto, San Gimignano, Florence) are easily reached as well. The closest airport is Perugia (105km; 1h 25') but Tuscan airports (Pisa and Florence) are very convenient as well. A bit farther away, Rome and Milan offer equally easy-to-reach airports. The farmhouse (550 sqm - 5,918 sqft) houses the old wine cellar on the ground floor and the owner's house on the upper floor (2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom).
