The property with a living surface of 1 100 sqm includes: On the ground floor: a summer living room opening onto a large terrace, a professional kitchen all equipped, guest toilet and elevator. On the garden floor; 3 bedrooms’ suites (1-2-3) each with bathroom and dressing, one bedroom (4) opening onto a terrasse, a cinema room, a Spa and elevator. On the first floor: 3 bedrooms’ suites (5-6-7) each with their bathroom and dressing, a lounge, several terraces, and elevator. On the second floor: Master bedroom suite (8), with large bedroom opening on a huge terrace with panoramic sea view, beauty space, dressing, elevator. Villa in annex for guests: two bedrooms’ suites (9-10) with their bathrooms and dressings, 2 apartments (11-12) each with living room, bedroom, bathroom, and dressing. Interior’s equipment: lift, customized furniture high standing, 2 equipped kitchens including one professional with cold chamber, staff quarters, 2 fireplaces, 4 inside parking spaces, jacuzzi with panoramic view, fitness room, steam room and sauna, secured room, projection room, aquarium, pool heated during summer, outside kitchen and BBQ, two falls, “Petanque ground”, roof terrasse with garden, 2 outside fireplaces, walks in the garden.
