Gym, Spa, sauna, indoor pools, shopping, supermarkets, pharmacy and restaurants are within 5 to 15 minutes' walk. Furthermore there is the kitchen, master bedroom with ensuite bathroom, plus a guest bathroom with shower. There is a very spacious terrace with a barbeque facing east towards the sea and Puerto Banus. From the kitchen and Master Bedroom there is another terrace facing west. Downstairs we have two bedrooms, one en-suite bathroom, another bathroom with shower and another terrace facing east. The apartment is fully equipped with all the usual amenities, as dishwasher, microwave, washer, dryer, hairdryers, etc. There is an elevator access and 24/7 hr. security guard which are on hand to call a taxi if needed. The pool is only 20 meters from the front door! The complex has 3 swimming pools and 1 children's with gardens, plus lifeguard during the summer months. At the entrance of the apartment there is the Pasta Cafe and the famous La Sala restaurant 10 minutes' walk and 15 minutes' walk to the popular Ocean Beach Club. There are sports bars with big screens within 5 to 15 minutes' walk. There is a bus stop at the entrance of the complex if you wish to have a day out to Marbella or elsewhere. The casino is just 10 minutes' walk away. Its located just 15 minutes walking from the famous Puerto Banus and beautiful beaches, bars, restaurants, shops.
