Brand new development of modern apartments in the ski resort of Chamrousse, specifically in the Le Recoin 1650 area. The development is part of the Chamrousse 2030 project, which aims to transform Chamrousse into the best-connected and smartest ski resort in the French Alps. The apartments range from studios to 4-bedroom units, some of which are duplexes over two floors. The development offers panoramic views, spacious private terraces, and access to a nearby spa and balneotherapy centre. The floor plans of the apartments include spacious private terraces, with some exceeding 30m2 in size and offering views in mainly two different directions. Certain 2-bedroom units can accommodate additional sleeping capacity by adding a small bedroom (called cabine) and the inclusion of a bike garage is a convenient addition. The development is well-connected, with a future direct cable car linking Grenoble to the heart of the ski resort. This expansion is expected to transform Chamrousse into a four-season destination and increase its rental potential. Additionally, the apartments will be equipped with ultra-fast internet connectivity through fibre optics. The development also includes underground parking, ski and bike storage facilities and convenient access to the shuttle stop for reaching the slopes. Chamrousse is known for its Olympic heritage, with famous French skier Jean-Claude Killy achieving success during the 1968 Olympic Games. The ski resort consists of three villages: Chamrousse 1650 (Le Recoin), Chamrousse 1700 (Domaine de l'Arselle), and Chamrousse 1750 (Roche Beranger). It offers a diverse range of alpine and Nordic skiing slopes, covering over 90 km and reaching altitudes from 1400 m to 2250 m. The panoramic views of the surrounding peaks and Grenoble are stunning.
