The farmhouse is located on the first hill of Portovenere in an elevated and panoramic position with an open view of the Gulf of Poets and from which you can enjoy a view that reaches as far as the Apuan Alps. The property is immersed in a fully fenced 9.000 square meter park, partially terraced with the typical "dry stone walls" and characterized by the typical Mediterranean vegetation, holm oak and olive trees. It is accessed via an electric gate, which leads to a private driveway at the entrance of the building. The house, completely covered in stone and newly furnished, has been the subject of a recent and important architectural restoration of the existing rural building.
