It is a spacious town house divided into 3 floors, with 4 bedrooms, two of them doubles, in need of some reform, although currently you could move into. Upon entering the house, on the left we have a dining room with lots of light, followed by the dining room we find a living room with a fireplace and some stairs that lead to the second floor. Apart from this, on the first floor we find a full kitchen and two bathrooms, one of them already renovated, connected to a patio. Going up to the second floor, we find the 4 rooms, one of them with hot / cold air conditioning and the last bathroom between the corridors. On the other hand, we have other stairs that take us to the third floor, where we find a large space that has been used as a storage room and, finally, is connected to the terrace.
